Hello! is this rack stationary or does it fold so that the blankets can lay flat to the wall when they aren't being used?

The arms do move and can fold up against the wall. It will measure approximately 6-1/2\" from the wall when all are folded flat.

Are they made in USA?

Yes, they are made in South Dakota

How far apart are the mounting bracket holes. 32 inches I hope? Can we get them in raw steel ready for powder coating? Or, can you powder coat over the enamel?

Will the metal rust with wet blankets? What is the space between blanket bars

They are 42 1/4" wide and the arms are on 8" centers. The racks are coated in an enamel paint to prevent rusting.

Can you give me the exact measurements of the length of the wall unit, the lenght of the barns that extend form the unit and what the unit is made from.

42 1/4in. in length the arms are 31 1/2in. from wall to end at 90 degrees material is 14 gauge steel tubing
