Product Warranty Information

This machine is covered by a Five-Year Limited Warranty, encompassing both the unit and the motor. Additionally, there is a One-Year Warranty on Parts, Switches, and Cords. This comprehensive warranty addresses any defects in materials or workmanship, including installation, with specific exceptions outlined below.

The manufacturer is committed to repairing or replacing any defective or malfunctioning part at no cost. In cases where the machine is deemed irreparable, it will be substituted with a new one. It's important to note that any mechanical alterations made to the machine will result in voiding the warranty.

The warranty explicitly excludes coverage for carbon brushes, wear on carbon brushes, filters, and general maintenance. It also does not extend to physical damage inflicted on the machine, improper electrical connections, or water damage.

Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges to and from our facility. Even beyond the warranty period, we recommend sending the unit back to our factory for expert repairs and maintenance at reasonable rates.
