Farm Gates
Farms and ranches rely on heavy-duty gates to contain and control their livestock. These versatile 1.5" diameter farm gates are built with heavy 16-gauge tubing and are 50" tall to work in a variety of settings. The vertical upright in the middle is not just there for looks, but is a one-piece solid support for extra strength. The six horizontal bars are slightly closer together at the bottom for smaller animal containment.

All lengths come with the traditional t-latch and 36" chain for locking and are powder-coated for maximum protection from the elements.

Gate Description
The traditional farm gate is made with 16 gauge steel and built 50" high for general use almost anywhere. It's 1.5" tubing is weighs slightly less than the heavier-duty gates and makes it easier to operate frequently during everyday use. The 6-bar design has closer grouping of the horizontal bars at the bottom to contain smaller animals down low and the vertical center beam is made with one-piece construction that is welded directly into the horizontal members for the most support possible. It comes with a 36" chain and the built-in slot system is welded directly to the gate for convenience and ease of locking the gate.
The 1.5" tube gate is powder-coated to make sure it stands up to the elements and rugged use for years to come!

Farm Gate Specifications
Note the bottom horizontal rails are only 7 inches apart and that the distance increases with height. The purpose is to provide extra containment for your smaller animals who are lower to the ground while still accommodating your larger animals who have a better view of high. The visual deterrent is effective even though bars are almost 12 inches apart at the top.
