Livestock Range Panels
Large animal range panels are essential for a strong and secure, worry-free containment or working area for your farm and ranch operation. They're built tough with 1-3/4" x 1-1/8" oval pipe (stronger) in powder-coated 16-gauge steel. All horizontal and vertical connections are notched and welded for the best overall strength. The bottom rails are closer together to confine your smaller animals, and the square tops include rubber stops for safety.
At 63" tall with six bars, these square top panels are perfect for all your livestock and animal containment needs.

Range Panel Features
Range Panel Design and Construction
The HiQual range panel is constructed out of 1-3/4" oval tubing, in a 16-gauge, 1017 high-tensile, high-strength steel. The rail spacing is tighter at the bottom of the panel, and the spacing gets further apart as it graduates up. This is to accommodate all applications, from large to small livestock. This is a portable, lightweight, yet heavy-duty panel that fits many, many applications in the industry. What makes a range panel unique is its patented connector. It's very secure and simple to operate. Bring two panels together, slide the collar up, over the pin, and then back down, and they'll be locked together. The range panels are available in 10, 12, and 16-foot lengths, and there is a four-foot frame-gate option available as well as 10 and 12-foot panels. These are 10-foot or 12-foot overall panels with 4-foot frame gates built into them.
Flex Panels with flex connectors
Another useful panel with a quick connection is the HiQual flex panel. The flex panel is a six-rail, 72-inch tall panel constructed out of 16-gauge 1-1/4" oval tubing. What makes this panel unique is the patented flex-connector or the rubberized connector. The idea behind it is that the panel takes the shock and absorbs it, as well as makes it a very quiet connection. When hit or pushed on, you can see a very tight and safe connection. With the square corners and the small gap between the panels, it's very unlikely that there'll be any way to get livestock hung up in a corner. Again, the patented connection is designed to absorb the shock. A common mistake that we see in the field with this connector is it being hooked up incorrectly. People take the connector and hook it up without securing the end of the strap to the corresponding pin on the back side of the vertical upright. That's obviously incorrect, and to properly bring the panels together, put the panel against the block, pull the strap to connect the middle of the strap to the hook, and then be sure to finish with the end over the pin for safety. When properly connected, you now have a clean, safe, tight, flexible connection. An additional unique feature the flex panel has is the ability to make multiple connections on a single panel. You can have a standard two-way connection, but you can also do a three-way and four-way connection by simply moving the connector to one of the additional diamond-shaped holes to make 3-way or 4-way connections as well. If we have a high-pressure situation, we feel like we need extra strength, we can add additional flex connectors to the connection. Each flex panel comes with two connectors, and if you want to add three or four, you can do that quite easily. The flex panels are available in 10 and 12-foot lengths, and there are 10 and 12-foot walk-thru gates so you can have a 10 and 12-foot panel with a 4-foot walk-through gate built into it.
